The Full and Student Registration Fees include congress materials, admission to pre-conference workshops, scientific sessions and exhibition area, coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome Reception, and the Gala Dinner.

Information for Presenters /

Podium Presentations

The oral presentations will be 15-minute long with 12 minutes talk and 3 minutes for Q&A.
All podium presenters must bring his or her presentation on a flash drive and load the presentation to the podium computer before the assigned session. Due to the tight schedule, the use of personal computers is discouraged to reduce turn-around time.

Poster Presentations

There are four poster sessions. Two on June 3rd (Sessions #1 and #2) and two on June 4th (Sessions #3 and #4)
You will be notified which session you will present.
Presenters are expected to stand by their posters and available for presentation throughout the time period assigned.
There will be a flash poster presentation competition. Presenters will give a 3-minute summary of their poster. Judges will be selected amongst participants.
Poster size:
- Posters must fit within an area 3 ft wide x 4 ft high (or 36” x 48”). They are assumed to be flat.
- The posters will be mounted on display boards distributed throughout the atrium. There may be no power outlet around all boards.
Pins and tapes will be available at the registration table.
